Global Product Trainer

As the Global Product Trainer you are responsible for the development of the global training material for Drop on Demand technologies. You will deliver the training classes and digital learning to the Global Operations teams. Through use of a standard approach and best practices, the objective is to ensure high quality, globally consistent, and ultimately successful product training sessions. As a member of the Drop on Demand marketing team, you will build strong relationships with our R&D teams; and global sales, marketing and technical teams in order to identify priorities and activities needed to support the Markem-Imaje Academy, On-boarding Program, New Product Launches and Refresh Training Requests.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

•    Develop the Technical Training Material to support new product launches, induction program and refresh request.
•    Perform both train - the - trainer and/or direct training classes - in all geographies - as required. 
•    Keep up to date on all assigned products and technologies to ensure the operations teams are adequately trained. 
•    Work closely with sales zones and key geographies to assess needs. 
•    Work with R&D, Technical Service and Support, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop the most effective training materials and programs. 
•    Collaborate with the global training team, on a dotted line basis, to share best practices and improve methodologies. 

 

Job Requirements: 

•    Minimum Bachelor of Engineering or related discipline preferred
•    5 years experience in professional training. 
•    Strong project management skills and ability to lead and work within global cross functional teams or projects. 
•    Expert troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem-solving skills. Creative thinker: able to reason and independently solve problems where standardization may not exist. 
•    Program/learning experience in similar context with a proven track record of designing and deploying blended learning solutions, or stand alone digital learning solutions.
•    Digital fluency and ease with digital learning platforms (specifically Articulate Rise 360 or Adobe Captivate would be a plus), working knowledge of video creation/editing capabilities (specifically Adobe Premier or Camtasia would be a plus), working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
•    Use of cameras and switchers for virtual content delivery
•    Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
•    Must be able to travel internationally with valid US Passport
•    French or Spanish a plus.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid  

Salary Range : $90,000.00   - $125,000.00
