Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Manager- Commercial Insurance Operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Commercial Insurance Operations Manager (CIOM) is a senior level role which is responsible for the overall client experience, retention, and ongoing partnership development of a defined client portfolio. In addition to account revenue retention and client experience, the CIOM will own the responsibility to continue to identify strategic savings opportunities related to the client’s overall corporate strategy.
- Maintain ultimate accountability for the client relationship, including retention and satisfaction by engaging relevant stakeholders.
- Provide reporting on new business opportunities and existing account growth to support leadership in budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct insurance coverage reviews for both new and existing clients and provide recommendations.
- Assisting in negotiating contract terms and conditions.
- Perform detailed coverage analysis and make informed recommendations on placements.
- Lead the client service team on deliverables. Monitor the delivery of promised services.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key insurance market partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and recommending innovative solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and develop a rapport with key market relationships.
- Support the Marketing and Sales Enablement teams in developing marketing campaigns and sales materials related to insurance products.
- Educate the internal team on insurance topics and support post implementation.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
- 2+ years experience, including + 0 - 1 years at a leadership level
- A thorough understanding of the fleet management industry and Holman's products and services is preferred.
- Holman Client facing or Account Management experience 1+ years
- Sales experience is a plus
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
