Transportation Coordinator

What your new challenge will look like

As a member of the 4flow team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure material availability. Your primary tasks in this position will include:

• Ensuring comprehensive transportation execution in day-to-day operations using our state-of-the-art transportation management system

• Communicating regularly with customers about transportation status and taking on first level escalations in your daily work

• Taking on responsibility for the quality and performance of work for assigned team members; managing capacity and allocating tasks within the team

• Realizing operational cost optimizations and cost improvement measures and initiate continuous improvement measures

• Being the first point of contact for team members handling complex transportation setups and process deviations as well as for team managing related processes

• Providing onboarding trainings for new colleagues

• Driving the performance of supply chain stakeholders (e.g., carriers, warehouses) through regular performance reviews

• You have 3+ years of experience in logistics (transportation) and high focus on customer service

• You can quickly prioritize during busy periods while still communicating in a friendly and solution-oriented way

• You are confident in using IT systems and have strong communication skills
