As the Warehouse Order Management Coordinator II, you will play a crucial role in boosting warehouse efficiency by leveraging SAP-WM to manage and release orders. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with warehouse supervisors, pickers, and packers to resolve order issues and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
Efficient Order Management: Utilize SAP-WM to review, update, and release warehouse orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with supervisors, pickers, and packers to identify and resolve order discrepancies quickly and effectively.
Prioritizing and Monitoring: Keep a close eye on order flow, prioritize tasks, and expedite the release of orders to support smooth order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Inventory Checks: Conduct physical inventory checks for orders with low inventory and skillfully locate missing parts within the warehouse.
Organizational Excellence: Print, review, stamp, and organize orders for efficient distribution to warehouse staff.
Guidance and Support: Serve as a knowledgeable resource to answer questions and guide your team with order issues throughout the shift.
Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively in person and through Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams to ensure all team members are aligned and informed.
Leadership Backup: Provide vital support by backing up warehouse leads and supervisors as needed.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to resolve order issues collaboratively.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate the warehouse.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
- Commitment to good housekeeping and safety practices.
- Experience with SAP-WM is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
- Three years of experience in roles requiring judgment in issue resolution.
- A substantial understanding of warehouse operations and independence in task execution.
