Sr. Implementation Manager (Oracle EBS)

The Sr. Implementation Manager is responsible for successfully implementing existing capabilities and onboarding new clients onto the Global Supply Chain Systems platforms which includes Oracle EBS and the supporting platforms required for both domestic and international launches. Will primarily support the Domestic and Int'l Device Care Centers (DCCs).

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• The Sr. implementation manager will be responsible for gathering high level requirements and defining the set of capabilities and features needed for a site implementation and existing client requirements, gathering budget estimates, reporting actuals.

• The role leads cross-functional teams in a collaborated effort to achieve a successful site implementation. Additionally, responsible for control systems to manage responsibilities to ensure SOD compliance. 

• Maintains Platform Roadmap and Delivery Schedule.

• Responsibilities include direct engagement with all levels of management and stakeholders, coordinating implementation of business capabilities with corresponding technical Product Owners or Directors, Business Product Owners, as well as coordinating across infrastructure teams and other functional areas of the organization.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Analysis/Solution Generation - Resolve complex, non-routine problems and issues where no precedent has been established or exists.

What are the requirements for this position?  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Sciences, Computer Science, or related field

• 8+ years of IT experience

• 4+ years management or leading implementation project

• 3+ years Oracle EBS experience

• Must have excellent leadership, communication, organizational and presentation skills.

What other skills/experience would it be helpful to have?

• Requires knowledge of a variety of applications including Oracle EBS, databases, web-based systems, Microsoft suite tools.

• Ensure effective communication to cross-functional teams. A strong command of subject matter specific to regulatory changes is required to effectively communicate Global changes to functional areas.

• Recognize opportunities for process improvement and make recom­mendations or take appropriate action within and outside

• Establish clear expectations and communicate with stakeholders frequently on status.

• Ensure that a thorough communication plan is integrated into the implementation process.

• Effectively influences stakeholders in support of program implementation

• Ability to learn new applications and equipment. Comfortable with a hands-on approach.

Pay Range:

$99,200.00 - $165,600.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
