Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced therapy professional that can be either a Physical Therapist Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapist Assisant to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM for South Cove Manor in Quincy, Mass (this is an on-site role).
As the Assistant Program Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our DOR and there will be opportunity as we grow business to transition into a DOR role.
This Full Time role qualifies for a $5,000 Sign On Bonus
Responsibilities
As a Full Time Assistant Program Manager, you will be responsible for therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for PTA or COTA
- Hold a valid state license.
- Must have at least one year acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience.
