Position Overview:

Responsible for supporting the department with data management functions. Serves as the key interface between technology, software vendor, and department staff. Provide technical support and training to staff.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

1 year recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of medical terminology.

Ability to work with Microsoft Office products, Employee Health and Human Resource software programs.

Demonstrates functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.

Must have the ability to interface clinical interpretation with technical capabilities.

Ability to type 45 words per minute with accuracy.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to read, write, hear, and verbally communicate in English to the degree required to perform the job.

Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and analytical abilities required with ability to manage own time, schedule own tasks, and work efficiently without constant supervision and direction.

Possesses basic statistics skills

Pay Range is $33.26 to $49.89 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
