Responsibilities
We currently have a great opportunity available for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive HR support across key operational areas, including leave administration, immigration, compliance, and general employee relations. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, HR Director, and managers to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services that enhance the associate experience and ensure regulatory compliance. The HR Generalist also contributes to HR projects, audits, and data-driven initiatives that support organizational goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role required OR 5-8 years required experience in Human Resources including experience in the Armed Forces. Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources preferred.PHR or SPHR certification preferred
English
Must have strong PC skills and demonstrate experience using PowerPoint, Exel and Word to manage data and workflows. HRIS experience preferred (SAP desirable).
- Ability to communicate effectively with associates at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Builds positive relationships and works effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures to practical situations, using sound judgment and critical thinking.
- Flexible in responding to changing priorities and committed to staying current on HR trends and compliance requirements.
The salary range for this role is $58,100.00 - $91,300.00. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes
