Senior Program Manager

Definitive Logic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our San Antonio team.   Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited the following: ·       Manage an Agile Development team utilizing CRM to migrate from a legacy system.·       Manage a cross-functional team from preliminary assessments to implementation of a Salesforce CRM solution and supervise professional and technical personnel performing within their customary disciplines.·       Provide Government Clients with operational feedback through various means of communications. ·       Lead aggressive efforts to achieve objectives and deliverables identified by customers while maintaining exceptional Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) ratings ·       Accountable for all aspects of a transformation program/projects over their entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) to include staffing, resource/financial management, and performance management·       Prepare and execute program/project Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support required Digital Transformation Data strategies, Enterprise Architecture Services, Organizational Change Management, Training, and Salesforce Implementation·       Prepare and execute program/project resource/financial plans and manage performance.·       Prepare and/or tailor Quality Assurance Plans for all products and services for the development of Risk Management Framework and gaining the Authority to Operate·       Prepare and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports to include internal and external Project Management Reviews (PMRs)·       Identify program/project delivery risk and develop and execute mitigation strategies·       Assign staff and provide technical direction, supervision, and training as necessary to complete tasks ·       Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customer stakeholders) to document Business Cases for workstreams, outcomes achieved, and return of investment (ROI) delivered·       Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered·       Documents Past Performance write-ups

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Managing an Enterprise Level Transformation Programs in a Military Setting
• Experience with delivering programs using various project management styles but with recent experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Must have excellent communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills
• Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably an MBA in Computer Science
• PMP certification with Agile Project Management skills/certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Program Management experience at the enterprise level
• Project Planning and Scheduling for Enterprise Systems experience
• Air Force Systems Experience
• Utilization of Salesforce as a Human Resources component
• PMP Certification
• CSM or equivalent certification
• SAFE/Agile certification
• Must be able to achieve OPM Security+ certification
