Technical Project Manager

The Position
We are searching for a Technical Project Manager to address the following parts of our portfolio:
SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite (BIS) and related solutions and services, including B2B/EDI, EAI, MFT, API Integration and Management etc., delivered on-premises, hybrid or in any cloud.
This role will be filled ideally in Atlanta (Hybrid Model)
- Be an integration solution generalist, knowing how to see the overall picture and be able to provide information about the best possible solutions to our customers
- Execute large-scale projects for enterprise customers and gain a deep level of expertise in the value chains of our customers
- Develop excellent process knowledge in the finance, healthcare and utilities industries
- Work in a global organization with customer-focused attention with customer satisfaction as your core value proposition
- Travel: 10-20%
Your various responsibilities / tasks
- Taking care of our customers, regardless of the challenge. We feel responsible for our customers. No matter what the issue may be, you work to find a solution that satisfies the client
- Executing large IT and change projects on time and in budget. Planning, steering and controlling our projects
- Working together with the customer’s stakeholders and SEEBURGER’s internal teams to steer the project in the right direction.
- Interfacing between customers and SEEBURGER teams.
- Helping customers with analysis of business processes and identifying optimization potential
- Bridging the customer’s interest and expectation to internal stakeholders
- Steering and governing our consulting teams
- Liaising with Sales/Presales teams
- Hold steering committee meetings to engage and appraise key stakeholders of the project health, often seeking their attention to mitigating specific risks/issues.
Your profile
- You have exceptional communication and writing skills with long experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project
- You have a good knowledge of the different EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, Swift etc.) and possess hands-on experience executing large EDI migration projects
- You possess a deep understanding of the Agile methodology and is well versed in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- You already have experience managing IT projects, certifications in SCRUM, PMP or other project management processes is preferred
- You understand that success is created and will not happen without detailed guidance
- You are self-driven and are able to contribute effectively to establishing new governance processes in the PMO office.
- Plus if you are in the Atlanta Area and would come into the office 1-2 times per week
