Field Services Project Coordinator

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Field Services Project Coordinator for our West Regional team.

This highly motivated and organized individual will be responsible for supporting the Field Services projects in the West Region

This position reports to Field Services Project Coordinator. This role is Onsite and is based in San Leandro, CA. The pay range for this position is $35-$40 p/h.

Responsibilities: 

  • Scope and provide accurate quotes for Field Services projects in the West Region
  • Required travel up to 70% in support of Field Services projects in the West Region
  • Assisting Field Service Manager as requested
  • Provide deliverables on multiple projects in the same timeframe
  • Support the project managers with the following responsibilities:
  • Job Scheduling
    • Coordinating client needs/demands with available resources.
    • Coordinating with Lab Services and Transportation Services.
    • Coordinating with subcontractors
    • Communicating expectations and deliverables to clients
  • Prepare job related paperwork and job folders
    • Profiles, Manifests, Land Disposal Restrictions
    • Worksheets with job instructions
    • Purchase Orders and supply delivery
  • Track and coordinate project tasks to ensure completion.
  • Deliver project summaries to clients.
  • Prepare accurate job invoices.
  • Work on technical projects such as disposal coordination, solving complex problems for clients, researching standards and regulations.

Basic Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in the Environmental Field or have equivalent experience. 
  • 3-5 years of hazardous waste industry experience
  • Possess strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • 40 Hour OSHA Certificate preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to build positive internal and external relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation
  • Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)
  • Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to work overtime on a regular basis
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday)
  • Must be able to report to designated office within 1 hour during Emergency Response rotating shifts
