Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support the VP of Global Sales Operations and the Senior Leadership Team. For this role, you may be located in the United States and can have potential for remote or hybrid depending on location.
This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, managing key projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and facilitating executive decision-making. The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner, helping translate vision into action while fostering a high-performing, collaborative workplace culture.
What a typical day looks like:
- Partner with the VP to prioritize initiatives and align the leadership team on company goals.
- Support long-term strategic planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations on business decisions and organizational improvements.
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through execution under senior leadership guidance.
- Assist in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Own and optimize organization-wide processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments and remove roadblocks to progress.
- Lead special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional efforts from conception to completion.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring the VP’s time and focus align with the highest priorities.
- Develop and maintain systems to keep leadership focused, organized, and delivering on commitments.
- Consolidate action items from meetings and ensure follow-up execution.
- Handle and maintain confidential data with discretion.
- Craft and deliver high-quality written and oral communications, including memos, letters, emails, agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Build and develop relationships with employees across all levels to increase efficiency and responsiveness.
- Act as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with internal communications.
- Support leadership to ensure alignment and high performance across the organization.
The experience we are looking to add to our team:
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or leadership support role.
- Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or high-growth environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in business software.
- Ability to create and delivery presentations across company orgs.
