Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations

To support and accelerate further growth, TripActions' strategy to win in the Travel, Payment and Expense market is continuously revisited and new strategic projects emerge. We are therefore looking for someone with exceptional analytical, problem solving and communication skills to join our Strategy & Operations Team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to shape TripActions' global strategy way of operating and will therefore take over responsibility for our most critical strategic project across the global organization.

 

What You'll Do

• Support Executive team in defining and executing of TripActions’ strategy to win in the Travel, Payment, and Expense market 
• Work closely with the EVP, Strategy & Operations on various strategic initiatives
• Take over responsibility for most critical internal and external strategic projects across the global organization, i.e., design, implementation and day-to-day management of project scope, team,objectives
• Build and optimize scalable structures and processes across the organization to actively contribute to TripActions’ further hypergrowth 
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams of internal employees and potentially external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of work experience in high-performing organizations within top-tier strategy consulting, corporate development or start-/scale-ups
• Strong problem-solving capabilities including quantitative skills and analytical and conceptual thinking
• Ability to work closely with TripActions’ Senior Executives Team and external C-Level stakeholders
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders and leaders across the organization and drive results through soft skills, not through mandates
• Enthusiastic "get stuff done" mentality
• Strong communication skills – in English and preferably in German as well
