About the role
Purpose:
Ensure the quality of Quadax software and improve processes in the software development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test plans for RCS application enhancements and bug fixes.
- Ensure that software adheres to company standards.
- Work with the business, users, and other stakeholders to identify test cases.
- Work with application developers to fix problems discovered during testing.
- Document test results and respond to questions from business and IT team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced college degree
- Experience working with RCS applications – HARP, PAS, My Lab Bill, Client Billing, RevSpring Portal
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement
- Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Experience working on project team
- Experience in planning and preforming software tests a plus
- Experience using Agile SDLC a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
