Team Lead Resident Care Aide or Med Tech

🍂As the leaves change 🍂 and we transition into the fall season, We are looking to expand our team with dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides!

AdvisaCare is seeking a Team Lead to assist our wonderful clients at our beautiful Independent Senior Living Community in the Spring Lake area!.

As Team Lead your duties include:

- Assisting Our Clients as a Home Health Aide

- Assisting Our clients as a Med Tech

- Various Paperwork such as Scheduling and Billing - Computer and Software experience a must!

- Ability to cover any shift, as needed - morning, afternoon and midnight

Requirements

• Must have recent Med Tech experience/ training in other Independent/Assisted Living Facilities and/or be MORC Certified
• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Computer and Software experience
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
