Description

Woodhull Medical Center, is a 364-bed hospital providing primary, specialty, and acute care services to the residents of Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bushwick, and North Brooklyn. We are seeking a full-time child psychiatry attending with the ability to provide care to individuals with a wide-range of mental illnesses within a collaborative team setting. Services include, psychiatric evaluation, individual, group and family therapy, crisis management, treatment planning, crisis intervention, medication management are provided by the multidisciplinary teams. Flexible schedules are available including 4 days a week or max 2 days remote tele psych.
Candidates should be Board Certified or eligible to be board certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who has completed or is nearing completion of a Fellowship.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Clinical services include prescriber services, psychological assessments, individual and group mental health and behavioral therapy. Candidates must be Board Certified.
