Job Summary:
The LPN will provide clinical support in an occupational health/clinic setting. Responsibilities include assisting with routine patient care, supporting health screenings and examinations, documenting patient information, and helping maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Assist with pre-employment and occupational health exams
Obtain and document vital signs and patient histories
Support staff with clinic procedures and diagnostic testing
Administer immunizations and routine treatments as directed
Review and document patient information accurately
Assist with employee health screenings, including respirator clearance and audiometric-related paperwork as assigned
Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and clinical organization
Provide general support to nursing and medical staff
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in good standing
Ability to work Monday–Friday schedule 8a-4p
