<h2><b>THE ROLE &amp; THE TEAM</b></h2><p></p><p> </p><p><span>As the Senior Photography Lead - PDP, you will lead our in-house photography team in producing high-quality creative assets for PDP and Elevated PDP content, ensuring optimal cost, lead time and visual quality. Collaboration with internal and external teams is essential to also ensure consistent standards in our Creative Partner Network.</span></p><p><span>You will also work closely with the Art Direction and Content Strategy Consideration &amp; Curation teams to develop the visual output of our PDP content to engage and inspire Zalando’s 50 million active customers. Furthermore you will collaborate with the Innovation team to review production methods, test new initiatives, and be responsible for the roll out through effective execution and change management within the team.</span></p><p> </p><h2><b>WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)</b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Lead a department of over 35 professionals, and provide functional leadership to 4 direct line Photography Managers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee daily operations and workflow of the photography team, ensuring adherence to quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze PDP content performance metrics to drive improvements and optimize results.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the Creative Partner Network team and our external production partners in maintaining quality standards and consistency in photography.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Efficiently plan team resources to meet business requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Foster the growth, empowerment, and development of direct reports on a daily basis.</span></p></li></ul><p> </p><h2><b>WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF</b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team of direct reports for at least <u>5 years</u>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar content production role.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of content analytics and the impact of content on customer engagement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Cultivate a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and unite a team.</span> </p></li></ul><p> </p><h2><b>OUR OFFER</b></h2><p> </p><p><span>Zalando provides a range of benefits, here’s an overview of what you can expect.
