For us, every day is filled with purpose.</p> <p><strong>What makes our ride unique? </strong></p> <p><strong>🤝 Our culture and strong values. </strong></p> <p><strong>💪 Our career development philosophy. </strong></p> <p><strong>🤝 Our commitment to being a force for good. <br/><br/></strong></p> <p>We have a vision: <strong>Building the largest marketplace in your city, to give access to anything in minutes. </strong>And this is where your ride starts.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></p> <p>We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Billing Assistant  and/or finance administration professional to join our Order to Cash Team within the Global Finance Operations Department in our HQ.</p> <p><strong>THE JOURNEY</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Handle customer invoicing and payment inquiries within agreed SLA’s.</li> <li>Maintain excellent communication (oral &amp; written) with internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal departments to conduct research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.</li> <li>Issue credit and debit notes to solve discrepancies.</li> <li>Follow standard operating procedures and propose basic enhancements to reduce the number of incidents.</li> <li>Ensure all incoming inquiries are clearly documented in a timely manner.</li> <li>Train new team members when applicable.</li> <li>Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.</li> <li>Support Billing Specialists when needed.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in billing.</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting.</li> <li>AP/AR experience is a plus.</li> <li>Highly organized and able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Service-oriented attitude.</li> <li>Adaptability, Patience and Responsiveness.</li> <li>Attention to detail with a quality focus.</li> <li>Ability to develop in a multicultural environment; a true team player.</li> <li>Analytical, hands-on, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.</li> <li>Billings or finance administration knowledge is a plus.</li> <li>Office Suite expertise (<strong>Excel</strong>).</li> <li>Excellent <strong>English </strong>communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>NICE TO HAVE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of other European languages (e.g., French, Italian, Polish) is a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Individuals representing diverse profiles, <strong>and abilities,</strong> encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
