In this role, you will serve as the central administrative backbone of the ABS Group, primarily supporting the Managing Director and Senior Directors while also partnering closely with analysts and team members across all sectors. We are looking for act as a trusted operational partner who connects the dots across the group.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Calendar & Travel Coordination: Proactively manage calendars for senior ABS team leaders, schedule rating committee meetings, originator and servicer review sessions, and investor calls. Arrange domestic and international travel logistics for on-site originator/servicer visits, which typically occur every 12 to 18 months per issuer.
  • Provide Comprehensive Administrative Support: Handle expense reports, internal communications, onboarding logistics for new team members, and day-to-day administrative needs with a "nothing is too small" attitude. Maintain and update the team's FX pages with current criteria, published reports, and internal resources.
  • Sector Leader Partnership & Support: Proactively schedule regular check-ins with sector leaders across the ABS sub-sectors to develop a deep understanding of each sector's unique priorities and needs. Use these conversations to tailor administrative support and identify recurring pain points. Develop sector-specific solutions that address each team's distinct goals and rhythms, serving as a true operational partner.
