Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Direct Response Copywriter & Offer Strategist to dramatically boost the performance of our landing pages and offers. You’ll leverage deep consumer insights, powerful copywriting, and proven direct-response strategies to elevate Freebird’s customer experience and drive conversions at scale.

What You'll Do:

• Customer Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth consumer research within personal care, grooming, beauty, and health segments to deeply understand buyer motivations, pain points, and desires.
• Strategic Offer Development: Craft and continually optimize compelling, irresistible offers tailored specifically to our personal grooming devices and accessories, leveraging proven conversion strategies (urgency, scarcity, anchoring, guarantees, etc.).
• Persuasive, Conversion-Focused Copywriting: Create compelling headlines, bullet points, calls-to-action, and persuasive short-form copy explicitly designed to drive eCommerce product sales.
• Visual & Content Strategy Collaboration: Provide strategic direction to our design and creative teams on high-impact visuals, messaging hierarchies, and content structures that maximize landing page conversions.
• Testing, Analysis, and Iteration: Consistently run A/B tests with clear hypotheses, analyze performance data, rapidly iterate, and continuously optimize messaging, offers, and landing page layouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct-response copywriting experience specifically in personal care, health, beauty, or consumer products.
• Proven track record crafting high-converting offers and landing pages for successful eCommerce brands.
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and purchasing behavior in personal care and beauty.
• Experience running and interpreting conversion optimization tests (A/B, multivariate).
• Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly articulate strategies and collaborate cross-functionally.
