Curinos is operating under a hybrid modality. This position is based in the Boston metropolitan area. This individual will be on site ~3 days per week. 

Job Description

We are hiring a Special Projects Coordinator, Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team. This role is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to learn about a business, work alongside the brightest minds and cutting-edge technology, and drive a new level of thoughtful efficiency. This person will have the opportunity to grow their career, develop skills, and function as the CEO’s “right arm”. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, think critically and creatively, anticipate needs, complete special projects, and proactively update key stakeholders. This role will require a high level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This individual will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and manage day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel and be able to plan company-wide events both large and small.

Responsibilities

  • Eager to take on new tasks and show a strong interest in learning different aspects of the business
  • Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders; communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO to key internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the CEO
  • Carry out event planning for large and small corporate events and coordinate upscale executive dinners
  • Anticipate needs and proactively update key stakeholders on upcoming events, meetings, and other relevant information
  • Display sound judgment and the ability to think critically and make decisions in a timely manner
  • Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Willingness to receive feedback and implement changes to improve performance
  • Ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Complete and submit expense reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-7 years of experience in a similar role supporting a CEO or executive
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, successfully prioritizing and executing many activities at once and responding flexibly to unforeseen circumstances
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, employees and external vendors
  • Ability to organize and plan large and small events
  • Comfortable working in a small office environment with a team of 5 people

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
