We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proven director-level leader to guide our Cloud Business Office. This individual will provide strategic direction in cloud transformation, vendor management, program delivery, and operational excellence. They will drive innovation, streamline processes, and ensure technology initiatives align with enterprise goals. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executives, enabling data-driven decisions and accelerating sustainable cloud adoption.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers.
  • Develop and implement the strategic vision for engineering operational programs.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of engineering programs.
  • Ensure alignment of engineering programs with business goals.
  • Manage and mentor program managers and engineering teams.
  • Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate program status and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
  • Manage program budgets and financials.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex engineering programs.

Preferred Qualification:

  • 7+ years in a senior technology role with a proven track record leading the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating and orchestrating complex initiatives within a highly matrixed organization, acting as a central point of alignment.
  • Experience managing strategic relationships with major technology vendors and consulting partners.
  • Deep understanding of how enterprise platforms deliver business value, coupled with a strong customer-centric orientation.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication, skills
