Responsibilities and Impact:
As part of the Chief Revenue Office, the Strategic Alliance Partnerships team is responsible for the division’s strategy and relationships with our largest and most strategic information provider partners. The group focuses on relationship management and revenue generation for these key accounts and facilitating opportunities across our global network of partners spanning various industries. The mandate is to maximize revenue, mitigate risk, facilitate access to our content for our end customers, and support the creation and implementation of strategic division-wide and product-specific goals with these key partners.
Position Summary
Market Intelligence Strategic Alliance Partnership group has openings in it’s team for a jr account manager and operational specialist The successful candidate will support the team of account managers across the strategic partnership accounts by managing reporting, providing support for renewals as well as customer engagement preparation and follow up.
Manage and streamline reporting processes across various accounts to ensure timely and accurate delivery and reconciliation
Collaborate with cross business stakeholders to identify efficiencies in reporting and optimize engagement strategics across accounts
Assist in the preparation and follow up for renewals, ensuring seamless communication and execution
Support the team in analysing account performance and identifying areas for improvement and growth
Contribute to the team’s operational framework by providing insights and recommendations based on experience with reporting process
Anticipate and manage escalations related to account reporting and engagement to maintain compliance with license terms
Develop knowledge across a broad range of products across Markit Intelligence to help inform account strategies.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $82,607. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for a sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in account management or support roles, particularly within the financial services, fintech, or data industries.
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Strong commercial and legal acumen, with expertise in partnership deal agreements
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with data and intellectual property licensing frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong analytical skills to assess reporting data and identify trends.
Experience in supporting teams towards achieving common goals. S
Strong problem-solving skills related to managing complex third-party relationships.
