Job Description:

• Provide leadership for the CIB Credit, Fund Finance team as it relates to the build out of the new function, management / structuring of TD Securities’ Fund Finance credit related products and exposures in support of TDS clients.  Responsibility also captures any lending to GM clients in the regions.• Accountable for overseeing the credit origination and portfolio management activities within the credit management function; specifically the Fund Finance team.•Works closely with partners in CIB to develop and implement new lending strategies in support of strategic growth initiatives• Liaise with business leaders and Risk to develop new credit policies and procedures in support of new products and strategies.• Develops and implements business plans and strategies for own area.•Support the CIB Credit leadership team globally with the implementation of overall business strategies for CIB Credit in achieving its strategic objectives. • Ensure that teams are appropriately staffed, trained and developed to deliver the bank’s balance sheet in a timely manner and at all times within our risk appetite and in compliance with policies, guidelines, regulatory requirements; manage portfolio credit risk on an ongoing basis.
