You'll thrive here if you're driven, entrepreneurial, and committed to exceeding expectations: at 5W, that's the recipe for success.</p> <p><strong>Here’s what you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as primary contact to clients, continually fostering client-agency relationship to build trust and become a valuable resource and counselor to clients.</li> <li>Overseeing and implementing strategic communications programming</li> <li>Executive creative campaigns and brand partnerships</li> <li>Manage and delegate responsibilities of daily workflow of multiple accounts.</li> <li>Communicate account status to agency management regularly.</li> <li>Demonstrate proficiency in writing and editing materials particularly presentations, program plans and media strategies.</li> <li>Provide strategic guidance to clients and team members on an ongoing basis; anticipate and address clients’ needs.</li> <li>Troubleshoot media, team, or strategy problems as they arise; seek senior management input when appropriate.</li> <li>Motivate team members by promptly reviewing work and providing constructive feedback.</li> <li>Strive to develop the best communication and presentation skills possible to effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues and others.</li> <li>Conduct and lead monthly conference calls and meetings with clients</li> <li>Provide guidance and leadership to team members on effective pitching, team issues, account workflow and general account issues.</li> <li>Participate in the development of materials for new business opportunities including timelines, proposals, business decks and case studies; assist in generating new business leads.</li> <li>Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients.</li> <li>Misc. research, duties and projects as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s what you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>S/B.A in Public Relations or related field</li> &l
