Your new team | About your colleagues and the office
Mergers and acquisitions are among the most complex projects for a company, with significant strategic impact. The risks associated with such a transaction can be substantial, with many factors influencing the success and speed of the transaction. To avoid the well-known "cat in the bag," the buyer must conduct thorough research into the financial, commercial, operational, and legal aspects of the company to be acquired. The specialists in Transaction Diligence act as a spider in the web when conducting financial due diligence investigations.
The Team
Within the Transaction Diligence department, we investigate and analyze financial results to understand the story behind them and gauge financial health. The goal is to assist our clients in making strategic investment decisions. You will work closely on a project with direct colleagues and other departments within EY to form a complete picture of the company being investigated. Our clients are very diverse, including multinationals, SMEs, financial institutions, and private equity firms.
