About the role

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

. Provides prompt, courteous food and beverage service to casino guests within property restaurants.
Provides menus, obtains guests’ food orders/special requests and communicates with cooks/kitchen, in order for correct preparation of meals.
Serve meals/beverages to guests and periodically returns to assigned tables for additional service.
Writes checks for payment properly (Legible handwriting).
Accept payments and maintains accountability for all transactions and complimentary charges.
Maintains a clean workstation.
Provides personalized service and a great experience for every guest, every time through interaction and building relationships.
Anticipates needs, provides fast, exceptional service and checks for satisfaction of guests.
Works well with others, especially other wait people, bartenders, cooks, supervisors, etc.
Promotes casino events/services and promotional campaigns.
Meeting attendance guidelines of the job and adhering to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. Must be 18 years of age. Must pass background check. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
