JOB AD – EURES / Arbetsförmedlingen<br><br>Job Title:<br><br>Senior PCB Design Engineer – High-Speed, RF &amp; EMC<br><br>• “system-level responsibility”<br><br>• “architecture and design ownership”<br><br>Location:<br><br>Sweden (Stockholm region / Lidingö)<br><br>Company:<br><br>JNT Telecom AB – Technology company focused on advanced electronics, communication<br><br>systems and industrial solutions.<br><br>Job Description<br><br>We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PCB Design Engineer to join our engineering team.<br><br>You will be responsible for the design and development of high-speed multilayer PCBs,<br><br>including RF and EMC-critical applications.<br><br>This role involves close collaboration with hardware, RF and system engineers to deliver<br><br>robust, high-performance electronic designs.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>• Design and layout of high-speed multilayer PCBs (6–16+ layers)<br><br>• RF PCB design (impedance control, signal integrity, EMI/EMC)<br><br>• Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis<br><br>• Work with Altium Designer / Cadence / similar tools<br><br>• Define stack-ups and collaborate with manufacturers<br><br>• Ensure compliance with EMC standards (CE, FCC)<br><br>• Support prototyping, testing and production<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar<br><br>• Minimum 5+ years experience in PCB design<br><br>• Strong experience in:<br><br>o High-speed digital design (DDR, Ethernet, SerDes)<br><br>o RF layout and design principles<br><br>o EMC/EMI mitigation techniques<br><br>JNT Telecom AB, Lejonvägen 14, 181 32 Lidingö.<br><br>• Experience with multilayer PCB stack-up design<br><br>• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM/DFT<br><br>Meritorious (Nice to have)<br><br>• Experience with RF simulation tools<br><br>• Experience with embedded systems<br><br>• Experience with compliance testing and certification<br><br>Language<br><br>• English (professional working proficiency)<br><br>💰 Employment Conditions<br><br>• Full-time, permanent employment<br><br>• Monthly salary: SEK 38,000 – 48,000 depending on experience<br><br>• Occupational pension, insurance and benefits according to Swedish standards<br><br>• Minimum 25 days paid vacation<br><br>📅 Start Date<br><br>As soon as possible or by agreement<br><br>📩 Application<br><br>Please submit:<br><br>• CV<br><br>• Relevant project experience (PCB/RF designs)<br><br>• References (if available)<br><br>“The role involves collaboration with international engineering teams and<br><br>suppliers across multiple regions.”<br><br>“Due to the highly specialized nature of high-speed PCB and RF design,<br><br>candidates
