Job Summary:

This role will provide marketing support to Rentokil Terminix Acquisition Brands. This role serves as a key link between Corporate Rentokil Terminix Marketing and the Region/District operations teams, as well as cross functional teams, on marketing strategies and planning. This role leads and executes both email and direct mail campaigns, managing the entire process from strategy to execution, analysis, and optimization. The ultimate need is to develop and implement comprehensive email and direct mail marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead day-to-day execution of campaigns, meeting timelines, budget, and brand standards

  • Plan, create, and manage email & direct mail campaign strategy, including list segmentation, personalization, content creation, design, and execution.

  • Build email journeys and drip campaigns based on user profiles and engagement

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns, including subject lines, content, design, and calls-to-action

  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights

  • Ensure all campaigns meet legal and compliance guidelines

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks

  • Collaborate with Category Marketing Teams and field operations management to create brand proposition, product/service promotions, value propositions, messages, and associated marketing strategies.

  • Build strong Regional/ District relationships and become a true partner, connecting field and corporate to a single mission.

  • Be flexible to support and assume various roles as needed within a small team, always maintaining a partner and customer focus.

  • Able to influence and drive integration of marketing strategy into operational program and planning.

  • Manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities effectively, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

  • Have strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to demonstrate composure and self-confidence in difficult situations.

Required Experience

  • Experience and/or knowledge of decentralized, route-based service industries is strongly desired; including National and Regional Marketing experience

  • Understanding of budget management and driving business goals

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to influence and drive integration of marketing strategy into operational program and planning

  • Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts, most importantly lead generation

  • Strong technical marketing aptitude to include mobile marketing and social media, with strong business acumen

  • Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under press
