THE JOB:
As an Express Delivery Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by assisting our guests in their food and beverage selections within the assigned outlet. By understanding our guest’s unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Engage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you deliver and assist them with their food and beverage selections by presenting and describing menu items, suggesting courses, and explaining chef specialties all while providing an outstanding guest experience
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the font-of-house area to comply with company standards
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food and beverage handling and sanitation procedures
• Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest

THE STARTING PAY: $11.83 with direct tips

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
• Previous food serving experience in a restaurant, hotel and/or banquet establishment
• Is a team player
• Is welcoming and engaging
• Has basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
• Displays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills
