  • Estimated annual base pay:  $87,440(minimum) - $109,300(midpoint) - $131,160(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark?  If you’re a Business Intelligence Analyst, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Work with management and key users to recognize and identify quality business process opportunities. Opportunities may require changes to existing quality systems or implementation of existing features of current system. Analyst must maintain a total Woodward perspective when selecting a solution and collaborate and drive to common business processes across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Primary responsibility is analyzing quality business processes and designing the business system
  • Act as a liaison to users implementing purchased software, participating in selection, evaluation, implementation, and ongoing support
  • Provide follow up and closure to projects as well as on-going support
  • Work with leaders to ensure project timelines fit within daily work assignments
  • Adhere to Woodward IT Development processes and procedures
  • Support Power User Network by working with Process Owners to obtain direction and priorities, facilitating power user network meetings by location, coordinating training, resolving integration issues, software testing, and maintaining or preparing documentation
  • Act as a change agent within the business for adoption of process and/or IT system changes
  • Provide technical support including working with IT
  • Review system specifications for completeness and accuracy to ensure adequate information and justification are provided
  • Facilitate and coordinate software testing on system changes

What We Are Looking For 

  • US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) BS or BA preferred
  • 2-5 years Functional module experience. Functional module would be area like Sales, Finance, Purchasing, etc. required
  • 2-5 years Business Objects experience required
  • Experience with detailing program specifications and testing programs required
  • Experience with giving direction to IT individuals and users required
  • Experience implementing process and system changes where existing processes are in place required
  • Solid understanding of business systems and manufacturing environments
  • Understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP ECC, strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of system life cycle methodologies
  • Demonstrates sound, logical thought processes and problem solving skills when producing system specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks for self
