The preferred candidate should be based in the <b>Spain</b>, working in hours that align to <b>GMT</b>.<br/><b>THE ROLE:</b><br/>Apply Digital is looking for a Senior Project Manager that can  build strong, trusted relationships with our clients. They have a passion for all things digital - strategy, products, platforms and marketing - and are not afraid to speak with various client stakeholders. Apply Digital believes that the diversity of ideas leads to the best solutions; we need someone who is collaborative by nature, both externally and internally.<br/>As a Senior Project Manager, you are a champion for Project Management and Agile best-practices but are flexible, and can adjust your processes to fit your project team and clients’ needs. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and acting as a Scrum Master. You can manage budgets, timelines and client expectations with ease. You are a consultant , a problem solver, and a “big picture” thinker while digging into the details. The ideal candidate will be solution-driven and able to handle multiple fast-paced projects while managing multiple teams and communicating with leadership. Above all , you are accountable to your team, to yourself, and to the delivery of excellence.  <h3>RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3> <ul> <li>Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution.</li><li>Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback.</li><li>Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.</li><li>Identify and address risks, balancing business and technical needs, and escalate issues when necessary.</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, providing updates on project progress and changes in scope.</li><li>Maintain regular client engagement to ensure expected value delivery.</li><li>Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor team morale.</li></ul> <h3>REQUIREMENTS:</h3> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or similar role managing large teams in software development, web technologies, or eCommerce.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, with strong organizational skills and the capability to adjust priorities effectively.</li><li>Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and project management methodologies such as agile, hybrid-agile, scrum, and kanban.</li><li>Familiarity with technical concepts and tools including AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and platform integrations.</li><li>Experience with headless implementations of eCommerce platforms (CommerceTools, BigCommerce), CMS (Contentful, Contentstack), Loyalty (<a href="http://Talon.one" rel="noopener noreferrer">Talon.one</a>, EagleEye), Identity (Stytch, Okta), and Personalization (Ninetailed, Segment).</li><li>Proficiency with project management software and collaboration platforms.</li><li>Experience with Scrum teams and/or Scrum Master certification.</li><li>Technical background in Computer Science is a plus.</li></ul> <h3>LIFE AT APPLY:</h3> <ul> <li>Flexibility - work where you work best</li><li>Competitive benefits plan</li><li>Generous paid time off - take the time you need to be balanced and energized</li><li>A growing company means many opportunities for advancement - we like to promote from within!</li><li>Regular team and company events (karaoke, escape rooms, axe throwing and more!)</li><li>Training budgets, Days of Learning, company-wide training, Apply Library and our Hackathon for Good mean you have many different ways to learn and stretch yourself</li><br/>#LI-Remote #LI-FS1 #Promoted</ul><span><b>LIFE AT APPLY DIGITAL</b></span><br/><span>When you feel safe and healthy, you can bring your best self — and ideas — to the team.
