Employment Type: Part Time (No weekends or call) 

Shifts Available: Days (Monday – Friday) 

Hours: 8 to 10 hour shifts – flexible scheduling 

Location: Westglen Primary Care, Shawnee, KS

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Practice in Shawnee KS.  If you're looking for a Part Time role where you can help ensure high level Patient Care this is for you!

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): 

• Perform comprehensive assessments and provide expert management of Patient Care for optimum outcomes

• Collaborate closely with nursing staff to develop and coordinate comprehensive patient care

• Track patient progress through detailed documentation, data analysis, and reporting to support patient outcomes and care quality 

• Lead organization efforts to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, infection control standards, and best practices,
• Collaborate on Performance Improvement Projects within the  department 
• Work with providers on plans of care for patients 

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING  1. Current and valid state RN License. 2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. Six months of previous clinic setting experience preferred; other areas of experience will be considered on a case by case basis. 4. Experience working with an electronic medical records system, preferred
