The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, outstanding writing skills, and the ability to craft compelling and persuasive demand letters. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with attorneys, medical professionals, and clients to gather information for demand letters.
• Craft clear, concise, and persuasive demand letters that accurately convey the client's position and demands.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the claims made in demand letters.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all written materials, including spelling, grammar, and formatting.
• Review and proofread demand letters for clarity, coherence, and effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
