Job Description
 

We are seeking an experienced business and human resources leader to join our team. This role will serve as Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner for our Intercontinental (ICR) and Gilead Patient Solutions (GPS) Commercial organizations. This individual will act as a strategic partner for senior business leaders and will have a business-focused approach to help translate objectives to workforce strategies. The role will support the SVP, ICR Region and GPS, and serve as a key member of the Gilead Commercial HR team on planning and delivering HR programs and services. Intercontinental is a diverse region including Hong Kong, Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Latin America, Middle East, Turkey, Russia and Gilead Patient Solutions (GPS). It’s ~$1.5B in revenue and ~450 employees.

This role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources for Gilead Commercial and is based in Foster City, CA.
