The work:

The Task Management Tool (TMT) Team is seeking a Risk and Schedule Management Coordinator with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to assist with the management of our program schedules, risks, and client relationships using agile methodology. In this position, you will consistently interface with the government contracting office along with leadership team. You will manage multiple tasks at a time, and each task will require extreme attention to detail. The Risk and Schedule Management Coordinator will perform the following tasks: 

• Collaborate with technical team and project managers to maintain the integrated master schedule and individual project schedules 
• Consolidate risks, issues, and opportunities across active projects into weekly report 
• Maintain risk, issue, and opportunity tracker 
• Facilitate team communications with government counterparts 
• Daily maintenance of team information on government SharePoint 
• Assist with pricing exercises

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solver with the exceptional ability to manage ambiguity
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational skills, and extreme attention to detail
• US Citizenship required

 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
