Summary:
The Senior Director of Customer Experience and Success leads the day-to-day execution and operational scaling of Centro’s client delivery. This role ensures what Centro sells is delivered with excellence, while also building systems and strategies to scale client satisfaction, retention, and growth. With deep market knowledge this person will inform solution development and help future-proof Centro operations.
Essentially, the Senior Director will ensure “how” and “how well” client solutions get delivered and scaled.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Designs and implements scalable delivery systems and processes
Creates client journey strategies and experience protocols
Develops retention, upsell, and expansion strategies
Builds T-minus project management and milestone systems
Designs org structure, hiring models, and team scaling blueprints
Provides strategic feedback to influence GTM and product development
Leads delivery operations and ensures client success at scale
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills, analytical and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Education, Training and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Extensive experience in the benefits industry
Proficiency in other Microsoft Suite programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $180,000 to $190,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
