Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Information Security Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Security Culture and Human Risk Analyst reporting to the Lead, Human Cyber Risk Management.
This role will work onsite in Miramar, Florida.
Position Summary:
As a Security Culture and Human Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in strengthening our company’s cybersecurity posture by leading and delivering engaging, impactful security training initiatives across our global workforce of employees on ship, shore, and at our private destinations. You will design, develop, and implement a variety of learning solutions—ranging from computer-based trainings to interactive webinars and in-person sessions—to build cybersecurity awareness and promote human risk reduction. Working closely with stakeholders, you will apply instructional design expertise and cutting-edge multimedia tools to create compelling content that drives real-world behavior change and supports a secure organizational culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and delivery of company-wide cybersecurity training programs, including global and role-based learning initiatives.

Develop engaging and effective learning solutions using various delivery methods such as eLearning, gamification, instructor-led training, webinars, and in-person sessions.

Define course requirements and learning objectives; recommend multimedia assets (graphics, videos, etc.) to enhance knowledge retention and practical application.

Establish and analyze metrics (including stakeholder feedback) to measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement strategies.

Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope definition, scheduling, milestone tracking, feedback cycles, and stakeholder communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing learning programs, incorporating industry best practices and innovative design trends.

Create presentations and reports using data analytics to communicate training impact and insights to leadership and key stakeholders.

Support change management initiatives and coordinate awareness campaigns, simulated phishing exercises, and formal communications to foster a security-minded culture.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, particularly cybersecurity hygiene practices such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and social engineering risks.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in instructional design and multimedia content creation, ideally within cybersecurity or related technical environments.

Expert proficiency in Articulate Storyline; strong skills in Canva for graphic design.

Comfortable and confident public speaker with experience delivering presentations and training to large, diverse audiences.
