We have an incredible greenfield project waiting for you that aims to create a cutting-edge, all-in-one web interface that will replace existing platforms and provide end users with an unparalleled user experience. This product will revolutionize the way medical review cases are handled. By incorporating industry-leading Angular components, we'll implement a sleek and stylish interface that not only aligns with our client’s brand but also ensures seamless navigation for end users. With this project, we're enhancing functionality and usability, while also setting new standards in case management by offering easy access to crucial case information, high-quality image display, ownership tracking and automated notifications. Our system will empower end users to multitask like never before, enabling them to effortlessly switch between cases, capture real-time notes and even record interview calls, which will increase efficiency and give them complete control. </p><p>Join us on this exciting journey to create the future of medical review systems!<br/>

<strong>Position – how you’ll contribute</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting research and analysis to establish a shared understanding of requirements and software delivery outcomes between the business and the team. </li><li>Working with the team to develop, refine and prioritize features and user stories in the backlog, ensuring they have robust acceptance criteria and focus on maximizing business value and end users’ needs. </li><li>Balancing the need for business changes and technical improvements by collaborating with stakeholders and the team. </li><li>Building and maintaining development team backlogs and detailed design documentation. </li><li>Actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and demos. </li><li>Coordinating and actively participating in the testing of new and existing systems to ensure they offer required user value. </li><li>Collaborating with software developers and testers throughout the entire development process, providing support and guidance to deliver business priorities in the correct order and with correct understanding. </li><li>Working within an Agile team, particularly with Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Test Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Solution Architects and client stakeholders. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Expectations - the experience you need </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst. </li><li>Skilled in business/systems analysis, translating business scenarios, requirements and use cases into outcome-focused features and user stories. </li><li>Ability to understand and document complex design concepts and business scenarios. </li><li>Experience creating epics and breaking them down into smaller user stories. </li><li>Skilled in owning a product throughout all stages – from requirement definition to delivery and production. </li><li>Familiarity with practical process modeling techniques. </li><li>Proficient in Agile analysis techniques such as user story mapping and impact mapping. </li><li>Good understanding of product thinking practices and user-centered design. </li><li>Familiarity with good software development practices. </li><li>Ability to occasionally travel to the client's location (the US). </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Our offer – professional development, personal growth</strong> </p><ul><li>Flexible employment and remote work </li><li>International projects with leading global clients </li><li>International business trips </li><li>Non-corporate atmosphere </li><li>Language classes </li><li>Internal & external training </li><li>Private healthcare and insurance </li><li>Multisport card </li><li>Well-being initiatives </li></ul>
