Our tech stack includes GCP, Kubernetes, Vertex AI, Golang, Python, C++, PyTorch, JAX, Transformers, GPT, LLAMA, MoE, gRPC, Javascript.</p> <p><strong>What We’re Trying to Do (And Why We Need You)</strong></p> <p>We’re not here to tweak healthcare around the edges — we’re rearchitecting it.&nbsp;</p> <p>That’s where you come in.&nbsp; You will work on LLM-powered microservices that integrate Suki products with some of the world's top health systems.&nbsp; You will build out features and services that directly impact doctors and their patients, securely retrieving relevant records and decisioning criteria.&nbsp; You will advance the technical direction of our EMR integration efforts, exploring ways to standardize, streamline, and scale our integration platform.&nbsp; You will be the builders of the systems that bring Suki’s Ambient Clinical Intelligence (ACI) to thousands of clinicians and improve their lives everyday.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements:*</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience in a software engineering role focused on application backend services.&nbsp; Recent experience building and maintaining ML/AI driven applications.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of LLMs, including prompting, orchestration, RAG, context and cost management.</li> <li>Intimate knowledge of Go, Java, or Python and the ability to add and modify functionality to improve current integration capabilities.</li> <li>Experience with scaled distributed systems using microservices,protobufs and gRPC.</li> <li>Containerization and scaling services using docker and kubernetes.</li> <li>Experience taking product technical design from inception to production</li> <li>Strong grasp of CS fundamentals including algorithms, data structures and design</li> <li>Experience with health systems and EHRs are a plus</li> </ul> <p>*Requirem
