The Role

Member of Procurement and Corporate Real Estate team within the Legal and Public Policy Department.  Role will primarily support Procurement on commercial transactions for a variety of agreements for products and services including professional, consulting and construction services, software, technology and equipment and on related disputes. 

Location

This role is designated as fully remote, US.

The Main Responsibilities

• Reviews, negotiates, provides advice on and drafts terms for a range of commercial contracts, supporting the needs of multiple business units across the company
• Provides legal advice and strategic direction to cross-functional stakeholders on legal and practical considerations of current developments in technology
• Collaborates comfortably with business decision-makers and generates a deep understanding of the business, its objectives, processes and risk tolerances
• Communicates clearly, effectively and respectfully, verbally and in writing
• Builds productive relationships across organizations while being a strong team player

What We Look For in a Candidate

• JD degree; in compliance with the rules, including licensing rules, of the State Bar in the state where the attorney is officed
• 8-10 years of legal practice, with experience  in commercial contracts 

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

 

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$149,084 - $198,779 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$156,539 - $208,718 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$163,993 - $218,657 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
