The Patient Acquisition Intern will be supporting the Patient Acquisition team by monitoring data to measure outreach campaign performance, calculating key metrics, and collaborating with various teams to incorporate feedback and plan future campaigns. Additionally, the Patient Acquisition Intern will gain experience managing data needs for a cross-functional team such as data uploads, data auditing, and generating and analyzing data using tools like Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets. 

Responsibilties

  • Assist in determining provider mailing lists for regional outreach campaigns, pulling reports in Salesforce and manipulating data in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate on outreach planning by analyzing past performance data and finding opportunities for improvement. 
  • Support the Strategy & Enablement team to monitor meeting and referral data and measure outreach campaign performance. 
  • Support qualitative and quantitative marketing campaign measurement to inform success and planning. 
  • Collaborate with the Patient Acquisition team to brainstorm new ideas for outreach toolkits based on data analysis, feedback and market opportunities. 
  • Support weekly team data needs including uploading weekly leads, completing data auditing, and assisting with other data imports to Salesforce. 
  • Support the Patient Acquisition team on routine data auditing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Excel required; Must be comfortable using tools like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH, building graphs from datasets, cleaning and deduplicating data.
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred, specifically experience pulling reports from scratch and navigating dashboards.
  • Analytics mindset; Comfort with being presented a raw dataset, cleaning the dataset, and manipulating the data to find trends.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new programs quickly - other programs that will be utilized in this role include custom EMR/EHRs, analytics software, Google Suite and Slack.
