About the role
Job Summary
As a Health Insurance Agent, you will be taking inbound calls enrolling lives into UHC plans across the US. You will be working with Medicare advantage plans: Plans for pacients over 65 years old.
Job Details:
- We are a Global BPO leader that supports several Health Insurance Carriers and Brokers.
- 100% REMOTE
- English only pays $21/hour, Spanish bilingual $24/hour
- Hours: Flexibility between 8:00am EST- 1:00am EST
- Overtime possibilities during AEP!
- We offer competitive incentive pay between $3-$8/hour on top of your base pay based on performance, quality, adherence, attendance.
- You will be supporting their Telesales team that supports many of the country's largest Insurance brands.
- All inbound calls- supporting Medicare members with insurance coverage.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of health care laws
- Active health insurance is a must.
