Summary of Job:

The Senor Manager, Internal Communications, will be an integral part of bringing this strategy to life by leading strategic planning and execution of internal communications and activities to engage and inspire employees and drive their understanding of the KKNA business and culture.
Essential Functions:
- Work with leadership to develop a comprehensive internal communications strategy aimed at elevating employee connection to leaders, company strategy and vision, and the KKNA culture.
- Create a calendar of leadership communications that builds employee confidence in the depth and breath of KKNA’s leadership talent.
- Own an internal communications strategy and implementation plan that ensures employees are in-the-know and engaged without being overwhelmed by constant, disconnected communications, this includes ownership and execution of a monthly newsletter and internal SharePoint site among other communications deliverables.
- Responsible for designing communications to support key events, company news, and change management activities, and implementing them strategically through a variety of channels, including digital platforms (email, newsletters, video, SharePoint, etc), employee meetings, and events.
- Own and deliver plans for town halls, employee meetings / events, culture, and change initiatives; provide regular updates on progress to keep employees informed.
- Provide well-written, researched, clear and consistent business communications - including emails, slides for meeting presentations, Q&A and talking points; use an effective mix of video, visuals/graphics and copy to convey concepts and ideas.
- Partner with Human Resources and other functional leaders on culture and change management strategies; act as an advisor - providing input / help with assessing stakeholder impact, change readiness, reviewing or drafting communications and content.
- Assist in designing and analyzing surveys to collect employee feedback on culture and communications; act on findings and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a project manager on assigned projects; coordinate with vendors and teammates, as necessary, to get information and keep projects on track with respect to budget and timing.
Job Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience
This position requires at least 5 years of experience in internal communications, leadership communications, and content development; Proven track record of effective project management, working effectively across functions, and ability to engage with polished precision with senior leadership; Ability to develop creative content that reflect the voice of the organization with compelling design; Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure quality delivery; Excellent editing skills; Experience managing an agency and overseeing budgets; Ability to create and edit video content is a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite; design platforms (ie Canva); video editing helpful.
Non-Technical Skills
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong work ethic is required. Detail oriented and excellent follow through. Has the ability to flex and deal with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, high growth environment.
