About the job:
This CRM Project Manager role is pivotal within the Back Market CRM team. This person would be responsible for 2 strategic projects : circularity and CRM development within APAC. Key attributes for this position are proficiency in project management, ability to create compelling user lifecycle experience  and great analytical abilities.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅

• Manage CRM circularity scope
• Define vision, goals and objectives for our CRM circularity actions (trade-in, recycling, repairing, donation)
• Work hand-in-hand with other stakeholders (Circularity business team and product team)
• Define strategy to reach goals and objectives
• Implement CRM tactics to improve overall user circularity experience
• Monitor and analyse performance  in order to constantly iterate


• Develop our CRM activities in APAC
• Lead region specific initiatives to grow CRM and user engagement in APAC
• Handle CRM activities in Japan, South Korea and Australia
• Work hand-in-hand with other stakeholders (APAC business team and content team)

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

• You're perfectly fluent in english
• You have 2-3 years experience in CRM/digital marketing
• You have outstanding project management skills
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have an experimentation and testing mindset
• You have already used a CRM campaign management tool / ESPs (big plus if Braze)
• You control customer retention tactics
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, an open mind and a desire to constantly learn
• You like data and you have excellent analytical skills
• You are curious about new trends and practices around customer engagement
