Compensation:
This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $27.93/hour and $34.90/hour.

Position Details:
This position's primary responsibility is to manage shipping order prioritization to maintain an even flow within picking and packing throughout the daily operation to meet customer order shipping deadlines. The coordinator may provide direction to the team with respect to transactional decisions that are needed to meet operational requirements. In addition, the DC Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the DC's compliance with company policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations that govern the transportation and handling of hazardous materials (hazmat), exported products and other regulatory compliance items.
You will:
- Ensure all of the right resources are allocated evenly across the different work areas to ensure all picking tasks will be picked within the established time stamps
- Assign employees to work areas and user groups to complete specific tasks
- Work with DC System Technicians and Inventory Teams to research and resolve picking errors
- Team up with picking and packing departments to determine cadence release for even workflow
- Update Cycle Time Reports for accurate display of metrics
- Communicate with management on staffing decisions and manpower movement
- Update forecast and cadence models to ensure accurate release of tasks
