You are: Modernization Technical System Analyst
Responsibilities:
- The Technical System Analyst is responsible for developing a comprehensive IT system knowledge of E2E IT operational ecosystem generally to help develop high quality software that achieves the desired outcomes of our client.
- This role will create IT system requirements documents, IT user stories (Enablers/Non Functional) and related IT test cases/test scripts, and other documents in the software development lifecycle.
- Elicit input from multiple stakeholders and synthesize feedback to create technical work products and drive outcomes
- Create high quality, comprehensive work products, such as: IT System requirements, technical specifications, test cases, source to target mappings and technical test scripts
- Contribute to maintaining an environment where continuous improvement of the development process is in focus and where everyone’s common goal is to deliver outstanding software as fast as possible
Here's what you need:
- Experience with the Agile software development methodology.
- Experience working with XML & JSON web services and flat file integrations.
- Experience in writing or executing quality assurance test cases with a focus on TDD

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
