Specifically, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Support identity and privileged access governance, hygiene, and remediation activities, with a focus on service account management.</li> <li>Monitor identity and privileged access controls, identify gaps, risks, and exceptions, and drive remediation to completion.</li> <li>Develop, maintain, and enforce identity and privileged access policies, standards, and control requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate and facilitate working sessions to deliver remediation, audit, and control initiatives.</li> <li>Collaborate with application, engineering, and platform teams to map and govern access models within the firm’s Identity Governance &amp; Administration solution.</li> <li>Manage and respond to identity and privileged access requests and inquiries via shared mailboxes and ticketing systems.</li> <li>Communicate IAM and PAM requirements, standards, and expectations effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation for IAM/PAM processes, access decisions, remediation activities, and control evidence.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools and LLMs to automate repeatable tasks and improve efficiency.</li> <li>Provide regular status updates and contribute to IAM/PAM program maturity by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.</li
