About the Role  

In this position, you will:  

·         Audit material vendor invoices for discrepancies, overcharges, and accuracy.

·         Review pricing structures and purchase orders within the Fishbowl Inventory Control software.

·         Track, manage, and submit material back charges for timely processing.

·         Maintain an ongoing ledger of pending invoice discrepancies and follow up on corrections.

·         Communicate any missing or incorrect data in Fishbowl or Lead Perfection to the Procurement Manager.

·         Coordinate with procurement to issue credit returns for overcharges and process material returns to vendors.

·         Ensure vendors issue credits and rebates in a timely manner and maintain a monthly tracking ledger.

  

Key Qualifications  

·         Strong time management and organizational skills.

·         Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat DC).

·         Experience with inventory control software (Fishbowl preferred).

·         Ability to work independently, analyze data, and identify areas for process improvement.

·         Bonus: Construction industry knowledge is a plus but not required.

 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

·         Office-based role with a low noise level.

·         Regular standing, walking, and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

·         Business casual dress code – Professional and presentable at all times.
